Standard delivery option
All deliveries are kerbside only. Our drivers will deliver your order to the kerbside of your property. Due to the size and weight of flooring products, we cannot carry items inside or up/down stairs.
Our deliveries are made using articulated lorries or rigid vehicles up to 18 tonnes.
If your property has restricted access, please contact us before ordering. Failed deliveries due to access issues may incur redelivery charges.
If no one is available to accept delivery and we are unable to leave the goods safely, a redelivery fee will be charged.
Orders cancelled after dispatch will incur a return delivery charge.
Additional surcharge may apply for deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, and other remote areas.
