How long will delivery take?
Standard delivery is 5-7 working days. Priority delivery is available for 2-3 working days. See our delivery page for full details.
Can I return opened flooring?
Unfortunately we can only accept returns of unopened boxes in original packaging within 14 days. See our returns policy.

Yes! We offer trade accounts with exclusive pricing. Apply online and we'll review your application within 1-2 business days.
How much flooring do I need?
Measure your room's length and width in metres, multiply them together, and add 10% for cutting waste. Our product pages have a calculator to help.
